Matthew Quan PDF Print E-mail
mquanSince I got baptized in June of 2006, God changed my life around.  No longer do I engage in any activity that I find interesting; I try to do only what pleases and honors God.  Now, everything centers around glorifying our most high God and telling everyone about what He did for us on the Cross.

Marty Fong PDF Print E-mail

mfongMarty lives in Glendale and is FCBC-LA (First Chinese Baptist Church, Los Angeles)-born-and-raised as he’s been going there since he was in his mother’s womb. Having spent his whole life so far there, he is so thankful to God for all the wonderful friends, counselors, and teachers there who have helped to guide and nurture his relationship with Jesus Christ throughout the years. Just a month or so before graduating from Clark Magnet High School in La Crescenta, Marty answered the call to join up with the City to City Core. From day one he’s been enthused by CtC’s vision of uniting the God-confessing youth of this generation and looks forward to the “[great] things… yet to come.” (God of This City, Chris Tomlin) Right now, Marty is going to school at UCLA working on a major in “Mathematics for Teaching”. Two of Marty’s favorite bands are Starfield and Barlow Girl, but he also likes Jennifer Chung from Youtube. J His hobbies include playing volleyball and songwriting. He “DARE[S] YOU TO MOVE”… (Dare You To Move, Switchfoot) and to Google “Martin Thurman music” and give some of his original tunes a listen. Please? Thank you!
